After getting off the plane, you will clear immigrations, claim your luggage and continue to check customs.
BE AWARE, after checking customs you will walk through a timeshare room. MEXICO PLANNERS has no relation or agreements with timeshare, neither staff in that room. DO NOT provide any documents or information in this area.
Exit the TERMINAL, when you are outside look for our representatives, who are wearing WHITE shirt, navy BLUE Pants, holding a sign with the logo of the group.
Please approach the MEXICO PLANNERS representative; they will be happy to assist you.

Transportation vehicles will be assigned according to flight manifest.
Transportation departure times from the hotel will be coordinated 2.5 hours prior to airline departure or based on the location of the hotel, number of passengers, or program needs.
In order to expedite the departure process, travelers must present valid passports readily available at check-in.

Terminal 1: Aeromexico (AM), Interjet (4O), Volaris (Y4), Viva Aerobus (VB), Magnicharter (GMT)
Terminal 2: Alaska Airlines (AS), Delta Airlines (DL), Frontier (F9), West Jet (WJA), Sun Wing (SWG), Virgin America (VRD), Southwest (WN), Spirit (NKS), Charter Flights, US Airways (US), United Airlines (UA), and American Airlines (AA).
Terminal FBO: Private and Corporate Planes

Several flight times have changed since original booking, and we have tried to keep track of everything, but please make sure you have your updated flight info and advise of issues.
Ground Transportation will be provided for all arrivals into Cancun January 8th & January 9th, as well as all departures on January 10th and 11th.
Any attendees arriving early or staying late are responsible for their own transfers.
