Win as One 2026: Flight Details

During your flight, you will be given a customs declaration to fill out prior to landing in Mexico.
Upon arrival in Mexico, proceed to immigration. Have your current passport ready.
Once you are through immigration, you will proceed to baggage claim.
When you have retrieved your luggage, proceed past baggage claim to customs. A customs agent will ask you for your customs declaration form and push a button. If you get a red light, your luggage will likely be examined. If you get a green light, you may continue through to the exit.
After exiting customs, you will go through two rooms. Important: be sure to avoid conversation with anyone in these rooms. They are timeshare representatives. If they claim they are there to pick you up, or that you need a confirmation number, please disregard these and all other comments. Proceed all of the way out of the doors through the righthand exit.

The Connect DMC Airport team will be waiting for your arrival outside the airport at Umbrella Number 6. They will have signs bearing the Connect DMC and Convatec logos.
Staff will ensure participants are guided to the correct vehicle. Keep in mind that reps from taxi companies, timeshares, or car rental agencies may approach you; however, please proceed past them. Connect DMC staff will be waiting for you outside, dressed in uniform and well-identified.

Transportation vehicles will be assigned according to flight manifest.
Transportation departure times from the hotel will be coordinated 2.5 hours prior to airline departure or based on the location of the hotel, number of passengers, or program needs.
In order to expedite the departure process, travelers must present valid passports readily available at check-in.

Several flight times have changed since original booking, and we have tried to keep track of everything, but please make sure you have your updated flight info and advise of issues.
Ground Transportation will be provided for arrivals into Cabo on Jan. 12 and 13, as well as for departures on Jan. 15 and 16.
Any attendees arriving early or staying late are responsible for their own transfers.
